Homebrew

Well I'm finally back, decided to scrap my website for now, Danish Destroyer, but really want to start writing about my new passion, brewing beer.

So far I have two batches under my belt:

1. Oktoberfest Lager (5.25 % Alc. Vol.)
2. Belgian Trippel (8.00 % Alc. Vol.)

The Belgian Trippel is still carbonating in the bottles, another 7 days.

I have the ingredients for a Continental Pilsner sitting and waiting to be brewed, should have done that today, oh well, maybe tomorrow afternoon. The Pilsner should come in at 4.00% - 4.50% Alc. Vol. very light beer, but with an awesome tight head.

I hope to be writing more about my venture into brewing, of course, posting pictures as well is a must.

Things HAVE to change

New roads must be laid, new worlds discovered...

Work is crap right now, so I've decided to venture out, slowly but steady, and make my own Software Development company, nothing massive to begin with... but can't end up any worse than where I already am...

Stay tuned, I hope to have some ideas out and hope MAYBE someday I'll get some feedback ;)

Damn tooth hurt

Well so I just found out that a wisdom tooth has cracked more and is now causing headaches and I can't focus!

Thought about detists and it just sends chills down the spine, sooo I was thinking how berserkers would do it, can't be THAT bad... pain would go away and then no toothache :)

anyways, gotta get it out SOON...

Nothing new really

So I've been feeling really burnt out... I just can't seem to find the spark anymore, it's gone. I'm doing two jobs now, programming. Income is getting better but the work load also doubled.

I need to find a way out soon.

I've come to realize I was born into the wrong century!

So I opened the pc yesterday.

Having family who aren't that computer literate gives us a little extra messing with computers. So yesterday I opened a pc, what did I find? Layers of dust and cobwebs, Oh and the retension module had broken so the heatsink had come off the processor. Soon we will see if it burnt out the processor.
