So far I have two batches under my belt:
- Oktoberfest Lager (5.25 % Alc. Vol.)
- Belgian Trippel (8.00 % Alc. Vol.)
The Belgian Trippel is still carbonating in the bottles, another 7 days.
I have the ingredients for a Continental Pilsner sitting and waiting to be brewed, should have done that today, oh well, maybe tomorrow afternoon. The Pilsner should come in at 4.00% - 4.50% Alc. Vol. very light beer, but with an awesome tight head.
I hope to be writing more about my venture into brewing, of course, posting pictures as well is a must.
